You can adjust 1–10 portions per meal, with each portion measuring approximately 12g ± 2g, so you can fine-tune serving size to your pet's weight, age and diet.

What happens during a power cut, will my pet still get fed?

Yes. The feeder runs on USB power day-to-day and automatically switches to its built-in D-cell battery backup if the power goes out, so scheduled meals aren't interrupted.

Can I set different schedules for two pets sharing the feeder?

The feeder supports up to 4 scheduled meals a day from a single hopper, which works well for one pet. If your pets need different portions, we recommend one feeder per pet, or supervising shared meals so each gets the right amount.

Is 4.5L capacity enough for a large dog?

Yes, the airtight 4.5L tank holds several weeks of kibble for most dogs, and portions can be increased up to 10 per meal for bigger appetites. For very large dogs or multi-dog homes, plan on refilling every couple of weeks.

Can I control feeding times remotely via app?

The feeder is programmed on its built-in digital control panel rather than a mobile app. Set the time and portion once and it repeats automatically, with a key-lock to stop settings from being knocked off schedule.
