7.1. Petverse products are designed for pet use only and must be used in accordance with the product instructions provided. Any use outside intended purpose may void warranty coverage.
7.2. Petverse provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
7.3. All warranty claims are subject to verification and assessment by the Petverse support team.
7.4. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidental damage, power-related issues, or normal wear and tear.
7.5. Replaceable parts are not covered under warranty unless found defective upon assessment.
7.6. To initiate a warranty request, customers can register their warranty on the warranty page accessible from the website footer to activate their product coverage, and also reach out to the Support Team.
7.7. Petverse reserves the right to inspect, evaluate, and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, servicing, or replacement at its discretion.
7.8. Warranty coverage applies only after approval by Petverse.
7.9. Petverse’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.
7.10. Petverse shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Petverse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
